About us

Specialising in all aspects of Passive Fire Protection we have undertaken small projects at £600+ to larger projects valued at £1m+. With our experienced and highly skilled workforce you can rest assured that your needs will be dealt with professionally and with all projects receiving Firas or BM Trada third party accreditation.

All of our workforce are fully trained including SMSTS, SSSTS, CITB, CSCS, IPAF, and PASMA and compliant in all aspects of Health and Safety.

Our policies and procedures are reviewed on an ongoing basis, with our Health and Safety advisors, Courtley H&S Ltd, to ensure safety measures are adhered to at all times. At Fire Block Ltd we work to a simple set of values for all clients – the correctly specified fire stopping solution delivered first time, on time and on budget.

Our team bring together the experience of fire stopping contract management, construction expertise and surveying to deliver a rounded quality project.

Passive Fire Protection

Based in the North West of England, we work Nationally and provide Free, No Obligation Quotations, no matter how small or large the project.

We are SideRise accredited and fully trained for the installation of cavity barriers. We have worked on major installations, both for Domestic Tower Blocks and commercial Office Towers, working on both Refurbishments and New Builds.

All of our works are reported using the BORIS system, giving both before and after photographs, and come with either BM Trada Certification (for Passive Fire Protection Cavity Barriers, Penetration Seals and Linear Seals) or FIRAS certification for Intumescent Paint or Boarding.
