Weir Mill is a distinctive development in Manchester, bringing together 253 homes within a vibrant community. To ensure the safety of its residents and visitors, Fire Block have been engaged to complete all passive fire protection measures for internal and external cladding across the site. These measures are designed to provide 2 hours of fire resistance, contributing to the creation of a secure environment that aligns with the developments vision for quality and safety.
Work on the project, scheduled between 2024 and 2025, has been approached in phases to ensure effective communication and synchronisation with other trades on site.
The collaborative approach between Fire Block and the main contractor guarantees that Weir Mill will fully comply with fire safety regulations upon completion.
